Event time: 12PM to 6PM  Food Trucks and Music
Tasting times:   VIP EXCLUSIVE 12PM to 1PM;   Non-VIP 1PM to 5PM for everyone: LAST CALL for tasting 5pm

#CJBEERFEST is a tasting festival of Beer, Seltzers, Wine, and possibly Spirits. We aim to post a full PRODUCT TASTING list will be posted by September 1,  2023
 
THERE ARE NO ALCOHOLIC beverages for purchases individually inside the festival, ONLY as a SAMPLING of many brands to taste, educate, and expand your palate of new beverages.

Signage will be displayed through out the festival at Hydration Stations; and/or where water is available.

Signage will be provided near restrooms, hand sinks, hand sanitizers, and waste containers.

100% of these funds raised in this sponsor will be used to GET PEOPLE HOME SAFELY via public transportation and or ride share options . Any funds remaining after CJBEERFEST will be donated to #whatsmynamefoundation  at https://www.whatsmyname.org/

TITLE Sponsorship-Includes: 

Company Logo and CJBF Logo will be featured on approx. 1,500 glass and 2,500+ plastic commemorative tasting cups to be used for the beer tasting portion of the festival. 

Banners with company logo will be displayed at each exit/entry point, with additional name placement/signage throughout the festival grounds. Company logo will also be included on all CJBF promo posters, social media, and Radio Advertising.

This year we are offering the option for CJBF to rent a table on your behalf, rather than you having to bring one for yourself.  There is a $15 fee for this option.  (Of course, you can still opt to bring your own table).

Vendor Tasting Ticket

$25.00

This ticket is a discounted Vendor Ticket to consume limited samples of BEER/WINE that enables the ticket holder to receive one wristband and one commemorative cup for participation in the beer/wine tasting portion of our festival WHILE STILL WORKING THEIR BOOTH.  THIS TICKET IS NOT VALID to be given to friends and family not actively working. This ticket is subject to be confirmed by CJBF at anytime and must arrive at time of vendor setup 11am.

Tented Area

$150.00

This year we are offering the option for CJBF to provide you with tented coverage for your brewery space.  There is a $150 fee for this option.  (Of course, you are still welcome to provide your own tent).  Please remember this event is RAIN OR SHINE.

Item Transfer Policy

You may request a transfer your of space or ticket to another equal value and type of transferee with a written request to [email protected], Attn Antonio Carannante. A written approval with be replied back to appropriate emails if granted.

BLEND of Hamilton, NJ and the Central Jersey Beer Fest encourage the recruitment of family and friends to join the festivities as a Designated Driver. EVERYONE should consider using designated driver or alternative driving options, such as a DD friend, UBER, LYFT, Taxi Public Transportation, etc. Their are also many hotels locally, in under a 10 min Ride, search: (Hotels in Hamilton, NJ 08690)

A portion of funds support the organizations such as,  New Jersey Friends of the Guard and Reserves Inc. (NJFOGR). A not-for-profit organization in the State of New Jersey created to support members of the Reserve components of the United States Armed Forces and the New Jersey National Guard and their families. NJFOGR also works in close cooperation with the New Jersey Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (NJESGR), an agency of the Department of Defense.
