Proceeds from tickets will be donated to the NH Brewer's Association.

• All guests who wish to purchase wristbands must be 21+ and provide a valid form of government or state-issued ID.
• If you do not have a valid ID you will not be allowed to purchase a wristband.
• Anyone who is visibly intoxicated at the time of check-in will be denied entry, and tickets will not be refunded if a refusal occurs.

Drinking Water

• Free water will be available at water stations throughout the festival grounds.
• We suggest a one-to-one ratio of beer to water during your sampling.
• You may use your tasting glass or bring an empty water bottle to the event, which will be inspected upon entry.
• No outside alcohol is permitted.

Food and Retail Vendors

• An array of local food trucks, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, and craft-centric merch from local artisans will be available for purchase for the duration of the festival.
• Please note that there is no ATM on-site, and make sure to bring cash as most vendors prefer cash only.

All sales are FINAL. Tickets are non-refundable and no exchanges. 

Rain or Shine Event.

Rain or shine! Don't worry about the weather - our spacious event tent will provide plenty of shade and shelter, so you can kick back and enjoy the day no matter what Mother Nature throws our way.

Valid 21+ ID is required at the gate for wristband. No valid ID, no wristband.

Pets

Smuttynose is a pet friendly campus. Due to the nature of large events, we ask that all guests keep their furry friends on leash. If a member of the Smuttynose staff oobserves concerning or aggressive behavior from your pet, you will be asked to leave.

Personal Items

• Please, no large bags inside the festival grounds. All bags and backpacks may be subject to search.
• Empty water bottles are permitted; however, they are subject to search before entry.
• Lawn chairs and blankets may be brought in; however, the festival is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
• No outside alcohol, drugs, or weapons of any kind may be brought in.
• Please refrain from smoking or vaping in public. If you must, please seek a designated smoking/vaping area at the far end of the grounds.

Public Intoxication Policy

Brewery staff reserves the right to refuse to serve any individual who does not cooperate with wristband identification, ticketing policy, or if the attendee shows any signs of intoxication.

Please be nice to the brewery staff and volunteers. They do not make the laws, but it is their job to observe them. Please do not ask them to put their jobs or licenses in jeopardy.

Please drink responsibly — call a taxi or arrange an Uber/Lyft for your ride home. Better yet, bring a designated driver with you to enjoy the day!
