The 9th Annual Monrovia Chamber of Commerce Beer, Wine, & Music Festival - a craft beer & wine tasting event –will be held Saturday September 28th, at the spacious and beautiful Library Park in Monrovia, CA.
Our festival is a showcase of the area’s premier brew masters and wineries. Tickets include a tasting passport for attendees to sample from our beer and wine vendors and enjoy live music in our beer garden. Proceeds will benefit the Monrovia Chamber.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are children allowed?
No. For the safety and enjoyment of our guests, ALL event attendees must be 21 and over. No infants or toddlers will be admitted into the event, no exceptions.
With that said…families are welcome to enjoy the Live Band from the publicly accessible areas of the park, outside of the event area, at no cost!
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pets allowed, and no emotional support animals.
A registered service dog may accompany its handler.
Do you have a designated driver ticket?
Yes! We will sell Designated Driver (DD) Tickets for $10.00. All DD ticket holders will get 3 sodas. Water available to all attendees for free and Sponsored by the Upper SGV Manicipal Water District.
Please note, the age restriction applies to all attendees, including any Designated Drivers. Any DD ticket holder seen drinking or handling alcoholic beverages will be asked to leave the event.
Where can I park?
Parking is FREE and available throughout Old Town Monrovia and neighboring lots.
If you plan on attending and drinking alcohol, please make arrangements, in advance, for your safe transportation to and from the event, such as rideshare services, public transportation, etc.
If I toss or break my tasting cup, will I get a replacement?
We strongly encourage you to keep track of your cup for both your enjoyment and your safety!!! As GA tasting tickets will be sold at the door, we cannot guarantee our ability to provide a replacement cup; requests for replacement cups will be subject to availability at the time of the request.
What do I bring?
- Bring a VALID government issued photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport); paper or digital copies will NOT be accepted, no exceptions. Failure to provide valid identification will result in denial of entry without a refund.
- We encourage you to travel light. Small purses and small bags are best.
- We anticipate our event will take place on a hot and sunny day! You may wish to wear sun protection, hats and/or sunglasses. Water will be available for purchase so you can keep hydrated.
- We encourage you to support our local restaurants! You may bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages into the event area as long as the packaging is not made of glass. Please carefully review what items are not allowed prior to your arrival. Our event security reserves the right to instruct attendees to toss outside food/beverages if there are related concerns.
What do I NOT bring?
- No outside alcohol
- No glass or cans
- No backpacks or coolers
- No smoking or vaping
- No kids or pets
- No unauthorized professional photography or video equipment
- No weapons, firearms, drugs or any other illegal items.
We reserve the right to search you for outside alcohol or any other dangerous items at any time. If found, you will not be allowed to participate in the event and may be subject to law enforcement depending on the situation; if you are asked to leave, no refunds will be made.
Is the event rain or shine?
Yes, the event is rain or shine. No refunds, all sales are final.
Will tickets be sold on the day of the event at the door?
Yes, tickets will be sold on the day of the event. General Admission Tickets (for tastings) will increase to $50 at the door. Designated Driver tickets will remain $10 at the door.
Will there be in and out privileges for the event area?
Yes. Attendees may leave and return to the event during the event so long as they do NOT remove/discard their wristband, lanyard and tasting cup. Attendees must consume or properly discard any liquid from their tasting cup while inside the event area BEFORE they can leave. Lanyards and tickets are non-transferable and are ONLY valid for use by the original attendee.
Upon re-entry, attendees may be asked to re-verify their age by showing their government issued ID; staff reserve the right to deny guests re-entry for any non-compliance related, but not limited to, providing their ID for age re-verification.
All attendees MUST bring a valid, government-issued form of identification (driver's license or passport). All IDs will be checked at the gate. This guideline cannot be bent in any way shape or form. Since this is a beer & wine festival, all attendees MUST be 21 and older ONLY event. NO EXCEPTIONS! Proper identification is the responsibility of the attendee. Failure to present proper, valid photo identification will result in denial of entry with no refund offered.
Monrovia Chamber of Commerce Beer, Wine & Music Fest is not responsible for any lost/stolen items, injury, lost/stolen tickets. The Monrovia Chamber, along with its volunteers and vendors participating in the 2024 Beer, Wine, and Music Fest, reserve the right to refuse to serve alcoholic beverages for any reason. This reservation includes, but is not limited to, refusing service to individuals who are visibly inebriated, and/or under the influence of illegal substances, not of legal drinking age, etc.; we also reserve the right to have individuals removed for public intoxication. We will not tolerate violence or harassment & will have violators vacate the premises. If an individual is asked to leave, no refunds will be given. All ticket sales are final.
There are Designated Driver (DD) tickets available. All DD ticket holders will get 3 waters or sodas. Any DD ticket holder seen drinking or handling alcoholic beverages will be asked to leave the event.
FOOD IS NOT INCLUDED WITH ADMISSION. The event may feature additional vendors selling food items for an additional cost.
