Tickets

VIP (11:00 AM - 4PM)

VIP ticket prices are $70 at the door (subject to availability). VIP tickets always sell out early!

VIP tickets include entry into the event an hour early, specialty brews from our brewers that are exclusive to VIP hour, and exclusive tasting glasses for VIP's only. Only 100 VIP tickets are available for sale, and last year sold out online prior to the event. 

*By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to have your photos taken and to be used for the marketing of future events.  

*Crested Butte Mountain Bike Park lift-served downhill trails will NOT be open and running during the Chili and Beer Festival. CBMR will end summer operations on Labor Day, Monday, September 5.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final, unless event is canceled. BeerFests.com's fee is nonrefundable.

Age Restriction

Ages 21 and over, please.

While this event is designed for Adults 21+ we try to accommodate families. Please note that CBMR's Adventure Park and chairlift access is closed for the season.

Event Summary

Chili and Beer officially kicks off the fall season in Crested Butte and the Gunnison Valley. Join us for the 24th annual Chili and Beer Festival Saturday, September 10th, 2022. With locally made chili, tasty craft beer, and live music, Chili and Beer is a great tradition.

  • VIP ticket prices to $70 at the door, and GA tickets to $45 at the door (subject to availability)
  • NO dogs allowed inside the festival venue

Event Details
The 24th Annual Mt. Crested Butte Chili & Beer Festival is a celebration of locally made Chili and Colorado brewed beer that draws both locals and visitors to the base area for a music, chili, and beer filled afternoon. The event is planned for September 10, 2022 and will be located at the Base Area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Locals are welcome to enter chili into the competition along with participating restaurants. We ask brewers from all over Colorado to join us. Participants will be asked to vote on their favorite Beer and Chili. We expect this event to sell out this year as it has in years past. We will have up to 12 categories, each receiving a cash prize based on participant votes.
