Registration Information
                        "Pickin' a Food Truck Competition and Festival" has several different options for registration. 
                                                               Please read details carefully before registering.

Adult Registration WITH Competition Punch Card - Registration includes entry into the event with a punch card to participate in the food truck competition portion of this event.  Registrants will receive a punch card upon check in and have access to trying each of the food trucks competition dishes with option to vote in the People's Choice Award.  Competition dishes are limited so early arrival is suggested if you intend to try them all. 

Adult Registration WITHOUT Competition Punch Card - Registration includes entry into the event, live music, children's activities and more.  Access to food truck competition is NOT included in this registration.  

Child Registration Ages 0-12 Years Old WITHOUT Competition Punch Card - Registration is required for all children attending the event.  One child registration per child for children 0-12 years of age is required. Limit two child registrations per order.  Children ages 12 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.  

Paid Volunteer Registration - Must be at least 18 years of age - Volunteers will be able to choose from 2 different shifts, 10 am - 2 pm OR 2 pm - 6 pm.  You may work both and if you choose to, you will be given an hour unpaid break during on shift to enjoy the event.  Volunteers will be compensated with $20/hr, free event swag, and a food truck competition punch card.  More details listed below in registration description.

Registration for children 0-12 years of age and must be accompanied by a registered Adult of at least 18 years of age.  Any child registrations without an accompanying adult registration will be canceled.  Food truck competition registrations are not available for attendees under 13 years of age and will be denied entry at the door if child does not meet the age requirement.  Food and Drink will be available for purchase at the event.  Registration is required for all children attending the event.  Limit 2 child registrations per household.

Registered volunteers will receive $20/hour compensation for their time worked, free event swag, and a punch card for the competition portion of the event to be used when off duty.  This registration is for 18+ years of age and older. Individual W-9's must be submitted by 07/31/2023 to receive payment.  Payment to volunteers will be made within 1-2 weeks of the conclusion of the event.  Volunteer assigned duties will include but not limited to, information stations, ticket scanning, product running for vendors, and maintenance of tables and eating areas.

You may sign up to work both shifts. Those who sign up for both shifts will be given an hour unpaid break during on shift to enjoy the event.  Volunteers will be compensated with $20/hr, free event swag, and a food truck competition punch card.

General Terms
All attendees purchasing alcohol must show a valid, state-issued form of identification. All IDs will be checked at the gate and issued a wristband. No exceptions will be made.

No weapons, drugs, or outside alcohol is permitted on event premises. 

Bags and personal items are subject to search inside the venue. 
All bags and personal items will be searched at entry. Reentry will be permitted and subject to security search and ID Check at each entry.

No pets allowed other than service animals who must remain leashed  and under control at all times. 

Chairs and Blankets are allowed.  Additional seating will be provided.  

By registering and attending this event you give permission to the Town of Mt. Crested Butte and its partners to the to filming, photographing or sound recording throughout the event for promotional purposes.

Failure to cancel your registration to this event will result in being banned from registering for future free town of Mt. Crested Butte community events.

Age Restriction
